Modification #5. My Orange Strat returns with a new concept. I've changed the pickup configuration four times in order to build a "Super Strat!" I play so many styles and use a lot of foreign power, that a humbucker guitar made sense. Back in 2008 I tried to build a homemade Q-Zone "fixed wah" type of guitar pedal out of my broken wah wah. I needed a plate that I could alter to mount the switch. It didn't work out well.

During the winter months my apartment is too dry for acoustic instruments. Working on a solution. The basic guitar humidifier design is just a plastic container of some sort with a sponge inside. Homemade Humidifier #1:We'll see if it works.

The Neck.I purchased it from Warmoth after months of trying to make a decision as to what kind of neck I wanted. I couldn't decide what type of wood it should be. My original plan was a mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard, and no face dots. Because necks are expensive, I figured it was safe to go with the kind of wood that Fender uses. My neck is a Tele cut, standard thin 10" (radius)
